The whole rate card — four tiers, add-ons, fixed-price work, onboarding, day rate. You should be able to work out whether this is for you without talking to anyone.
Then when we do speak, it can be about what you need rather than what you look like you can afford.

Questionnaire or self-assessment response

Facilitated continuity exercise
£1,200One scenario-based exercise against your continuity and incident-response plans, facilitated by us, with the written record an assessor asks for when they want proof the plan has been tested.

Architecture review
£1,800One review of your existing application architecture and infrastructure — up to three applications and their supporting infrastructure — with a documented set of recommendations and reference diagrams supplied as Mermaid.
It also hands over a set of agentic skills your own AI tooling can load and act on. Most reviews hand you a document; this one hands your development tooling something it can execute.
Reusable patterns and skills remain Lybica's intellectual property, licensed to you for your own use.
Onboarding.
- Foundation and Assurance — self-serve. Optional setup help at £600 a day if you would rather not.
- Proof — £1,200.
- Standing Defence — £3,000, which covers deploying and baselining the monitoring estate.
Consultancy.
£600 a day for delivery support — onboarding help, remediation work, questionnaire responses beyond the fixed-price product.
Definitions
What counts as what.
These are the things customers otherwise argue about at renewal, so they are settled here instead.
- A Crucible target
- One application, or one external-facing environment.
- An endpoint
- One device running a monitoring agent — a laptop, a server or a virtual machine.
- Scope is set by your contract, not your headcount
- Most frameworks scope to the contract boundary. A 50-person firm with 15 people on a defence contract scopes to those people and the systems behind them — which is why 30 endpoints covers most customers completely.
- Fair use
- Vigil endpoint allowances are subject to fair use on alert volume.
Questions about the money.
Why do you publish your prices when nobody else does?
Because you should be able to work out whether this is for you without booking a call. Quote-only pricing in this category usually means the number depends on how much you look like you can afford.
Will the price jump at renewal?
No. The published rate is the rate. The category norm of a large year-two increase once you are locked in is not something we do.
What is not included?
Certification itself. Assessment and certificate fees are paid to the certification body, not to us — we are not one, and cannot be. Onboarding above the self-serve tiers, delivery consultancy at £600 a day, and the fixed-price services above are also priced separately, and all of them are listed on this page.
Can we move between tiers?
Yes. Move up at any point and the change applies from the next billing month. Move down at the end of the annual term. Most customers start at Foundation or Assurance and expand when a contract starts asking for testing or monitoring evidence.
